London was founded by the Romans a far back as 43AD and nearly two thousand years later, the city has a rich cultural heritage that is visited by millions each year.

From the tapestry of iconic buildings, to the world famous West End theaters and the many art galleries and museums, all which make London an amazing city to explore.

For over a thousand years Westminster has been at the center of political and religious power. It was King Canute who founded the Palace of Westminster, and Edward the Confessor who began the construction of Westminster Abbey, a site where coronations have taken place ever since 1066.

Westminster was given city status in 1965 and contains some of the most famous attractions in London. Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Downing Street and Piccadilly Circus to name a few.

There’s also the three Royal Parks, St James’s Park, Green Park and Hyde Park where you can escape the hustle of the streets and find yourself a little oasis of calmness. You can explore the distinctive areas such as Whitehall, Mayfair, Marylebone and St James’s
